My name is Andrea and I am the author of this humble blog.
My ability to be a stay-at-home mom has allowed me to dive back into my two loves; food and book!
My passion for food lead me to culinary school in my early 20s. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas, NV with a focus in patisserie and baking. Although my heart craved to learn everything there is to know about desserts, I was required to also learn the techniques of French cuisine. Learning how to cook has opened my world and allowed me to experiment and enjoy food in a way I never knew was possible.
There are so many stories that have amazing meals and desserts just waiting to be tried and I cannot wait to share this adventure with you!
